There is so much good talent within your organization you might be passing up. IT Helpdesk, Project Managers, Engineering Managers, Engineers, or even current security staff looking for change within.

2/ Experienced Engineers
There are so many engineers out there that already bake security into their work and/or are security minded. Fullstack Engineers, SRE's, etc..
Why don't they apply?
Well, they may feel one needs special certs for a security career, and thus not apply.

5/ Bug Bounty Policy
Everyday there are folks working on discovering application security issues similar to yours. Heck, they may be working on your apps right now. Can easily post a link to your careers page in your policy page.
