Being Thankful In Security

One thing I am thankful for is having a good community of friends and colleagues in the information security space. Practicing security is rewarding but tough at times, so it really helps to have others around you that understand you and can be supportive of you. Having someone else to bounce an idea on or to complain about a common security gripe you run into is tremendously helpful. They can even help as a gut check on whether what you are doing is too permissive or strict, or if there's a better technical solution to a problem. So this Thanksgiving week, I'm remembering how lucky I am to have colleagues in security. Have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving! Ayman
